warwick: #224 Emma Watson and Tom Felton had crushes on each other when they were younger. QOTD: Which Harry Potter character did you have a crush on? I had in Hermione! @harrypotteredits FOR ALL THOSE PROVING THIS FACT WRONG! Read below: In 2011, Emma Watson, who played Hermione Granger in all eight Harry Potter movies, revealed to Seventeenthat when she was filming the first two movies, she had a crush on co-star Tom Felton who plays her and her friends' nemesis and junior Death Eater, Draco Malfoy. Their characters were between 11 and 12 years old. Watson, now 25, added that the actor, who is now 28, was her first crush. But was the feeling mutual? Apparently not. Sad face. "We were always very close, but no, nothing of that nature," Felton told E! News Tuesday at the premiere celebrating the opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park at Universal Studios Hollywood. "Sorry to disappoint." Felton had said in 2011, in response to Watson's past crush on him, that it was "very flattering for a 12-year-old boy," adding, "It's nice that we've become friends since then and we can kind of look back and have a laugh at it." He also revealed that he did fancy another, older co-star—Helena Bonham Carter, who played fellow Death Eater Bellatrix Lestrange. "Coincidentally, that was my childhood crush," he said. At the Wizarding World of Harry Potterpremiere, Felton was also joined by fellow Harry Potter alumni Evanna Lynch, 24, who played the mysterious witch Luna Lovegood, Warwick Davis, 46, who played Professor Flitwick and other characters, and Fred Phelps and Oliver Phelps, 30, who played twins Fred and George Weasley. "We always stay in touch, don't get me wrong," Felton told E! News about his co-stars. "We're all, you know a family. We're just usually in four different corners of the Earth at any given time, so events like this give us a good chance to get back together again."

warwick: Nisso? A tarefa, então, parece simples. Interestingly though there may be a very good reason why people think they' ve been visited by a spirit from beyond the grave and it has nothing to do with people dying in your home, Ouija boards or demonic forces. In fact the reason that people see ghosts or otherworldly apparitions is all down to something called infrasound' a frequency of sound so low (20Hz to be precise) that the human ear can't hear it but that doesn't mean we can't feel it This particular frequency can be generated a number of ways including. earthquakes, nuclear bombs and even pigeons. The idea is that if infrasound hits the human eye at just the right frequency and strength it can cause the eye to vibrate, distorting a person's vision causing them to see spooky ghosts and whatnot. Infrasound can have another effect as well. it can cause people to feel uncomfortable as though there's a person to feel like there's something else in the room and some subjects who' ve been exposed to the frequency have reported a profound sense of dread, nausea and a general sense of unease. No doubt though all you believers are thinking: "Well, that's all well and good but I saw a ghost and here wasn'ta nuclear blast for miles" and you'd be right But infrasound can also be generated by something in every house. Namely the pipes in your wall which are more than capable of generating the 20Hz needed to bring on nausea, anxiety and uneasiness. The connection between infrasound and ghosts were first noticed by Vic Tandy. a part-time lecturer at Coventry University Tandy noticed was working in a supposedly haunted laboratory at Warwick, when he began to feel anxious and saw a grey blob out of the corner of his eye. When he turned to face the blob though the mysterious mark disappeared. While investigating the cause of the grey blob he discovered that the lab's extractor fan was emitting a frequency of 18.98 Hz, very close to the resonant frequency of the eye. He believes that this is what caused him to see the ghost Of course this is just a theory for why people see ghosts and we can't disprove that it's the souls of the dead visiting but on the balance of probability what's more likely? exist. Interestingly though there may be a very good reason
why people think they' ve been visited by a spirit from beyond

In fact the reason that people see ghosts or otherworldly
apparitions is all down to something called infrasound' a
frequency of sound so low (20Hz to be precise) that the human
ear can't hear it but that doesn't mean we can't feel it

the eye to vibrate, distorting a person's vision causing
them to see spooky ghosts and whatnot.
