TAG ANYONE THAT LOVES CHICKEN 🐔🐣😜 Let's just keep it real for a second. You can't claim you are an animal lover and still eat them. If you are going to eat them, just don't lie to yourself about and to others. This post is not to shame anyone or even make someone become vegan ( I mean if someone becomes vegan , great😜), it's more just to eliminate the lie and hypocrisy of the statement "I am an animal lover but I do eat meat." Or "humane Slaughter" those two words don't even belong in the same sentence. There is no way to humanly murder (the real word for Slaughter) any living being. I mean hey I was raised thinking that animals were put on this earth because humans own the earth. And over time I have seen that to be further from the truth. We don't own any life, not even our pets. We have just been taught so many lies that it's hard for us to think any other way. It's normal to think that killing animals is for us to do because they were placed in this earth for us. Or you hear, "if they are not for us then why do they taste so good?" Or "if we don't eat them, they will takeover" 😳. Humans are the ones overpopulating the earth. Some people even use religion, and to those people that do if you truly think of how many tests that religion gives you... why wouldn't not eating animals be one of them? Really, just think... just like waiting to have sex until marriage, not killing ( all things), not lying, not stealing etc. why wouldn't eating animals be one of them. Think about how many complications come with eating animals (really google "diseases associated with eating animal protein), If we have so many diseases and ailments associated with it, why wouldn't it be a test to see your true character. And sure just the other tests not all who break that rule are hurt but let's be honest 99% of liars, glutinous, cheaters etc pay for their actions. Think 💭 And I promise you if anyone mentions the word plants in their comments I am blocking you instantly. This is not even a comparison ( see post from Saturday). If you like to eat murder just keep it real and admit to that. Don't sugar coat it, keep it real 💪🏾. When I decided to only eat plants I was worried that I'd get skinny, also just eating vegan foods doesn't mean you are healthy, you gotta eat wholefoods & eat 51% raw. I've worked in 3 Gyms. In gyms everyone is an expert. "You need to get your protein in" says every guy with muscles ever, "The best protein comes from meat, eggs & Whey" we are conditioned to believe that. It's a myth btw. Look at who made up this misinformation & why. Corporate personal training courses, run by people who have never known how to eat holistically, prey on our insecurities, then they sell you something. Meat & dairy companies tell you that you aren't big enough-or getting enough nutrients, then they sell you their products. Calcium comes from the earth, plants grow on calcium, turn them into a liquid assimilable to humans-animals, we eat the plants & get the calcium. If you eat calcium on its own from the earth-animal, it doesn't mean you are going to gain more calcium, the body unlocks these minerals in groups, you need to increase all the minerals to gain more of one. Plants are the best at doing this. Remember the got milk campaign? They were just chatting sh*t. Humans are not designed to drink the milk of a cow. We barely absorb the calcium in cow’s milk (especially if pasteurised), in fact it actually increases calcium loss from the bones! Explanation: Like all animal protein, milk acidifies the body pH which in turn triggers a biological correction. Calcium is an excellent acid neutraliser & the biggest storage of calcium in the body is in the bones. So the very same calcium that our bones need to stay strong is utilised to neutralise the acidifying effect of milk. Once calcium is pulled out of the bones, it leaves the body via the urine, so that the surprising net result after this is an actual calcium deficit. People with the highest rate of osteoporosis are the biggest milk-whey protein consumers. Eating meat for gains is pseudo scientific nonsense, research vegan body builders-weight lifters. Not to mention what is in meat, It cause mucus & cancer but you still wana eat it for the sake of vanity. The world health organisation said this, not me.
